  We were upgraded in our room. That was great. Great decorating. Clean. Went to Mystere. The show was amazing. Would do it all over again and prabably will when Shania comes to town.

  The gal that checked us in was fabulous. A nice 'real' person, not a puppet! She gave us a room high up, per our request. Wonderful!

  The bathroom in our room still had old soap in the shower. Hair, someone else's... You could tell that some areas of the room didn't get vaccumed. Not that bad, but you did ask.

  Upgrades have definitely been done to this hotel - found it clean and comfortable

  I don't believe they have a 'concierge'. They do have a bell desk but not sure if this is also concierge -- this would be very helpful.

  The bed as soooo comfy....the ac was so powerful...the room decor beautiful....the room was spotless and must have been new...the rooms were very secure and safe...there was a very large man checking room keys at the elevators. Very safe. This was the best experience I've had in a hotel room. How can I forget the value. We paid 59$ for a 300$ + room because it was a Thursday. I'm going to reccomend TI to everyone.

  The only thing that could have been better is access to the pool from the rooms so you don't have to walk through the casino in you swim ware. This is not a common thing at other hotels anyway. I should send them a thank you card they are so amazing. Thank you TI!!!!!!

  The room was very nice, the people were friendly.

  The pool/hot tub was closed for inclement weather(50s/60s). Would have loved to go in the hot tub.. Also had to pay a resort fee which I'm sure included the pool.. They should take a portion of the fee out during the inclement weather.

  amazing location and excellent interio space. we got a very quiet room with double direction of strip view. ＂2 for 1＂buffet definitely beat all buffet i have ever tried in New Zealand. free fitness and swiming pool all above with a good price. my wife loves it and we 'd like come again

  the only drawback is the distance of walking from car parking to lobby ，probably 10 min.

  Siren show was excellent. The buffet was average . the casino was average.the room was average.

  The swimming pool was to crowded and difficult to reax and was open to the public with no privacy, almost like going to a beach. The two for one buffet was only good for one time even if we stayed 3days and been charge $25 dollars a day for access to the hotel internet.

  The hotel resort fee. I didn't need WiFi. I was still charged for printing from the internet. Wasn't worth the value.

  The wait at check-in was completely unreasonable. I arrived at 4:00 and the wait was 90 minutes and there were only 4 front desk clerks working. I came back at 6:00, same wait. I left and came back at 11:00 and there was still over an hour wait and only 2 front desk clerks working (plus one checkout and one Casino VIP line). This experience was totally unacceptable. I won't be back and don't recommend the hotel becasue of this.

  When looking for a quick snack, I didn't know there was a small deli in the hotel. More notification of what the hotel has to offer.

  Check in and check out was smooth for me. Staff were good and room was excellent. Hotel itself is a happening place in town. Internet was free and very fast, I was able to use multiple devices. Overall I'll highly recommend the hotel.
